Complaints procedure

  • if you feel that we haven't put things right after your initial contact, you can make a formal complaint via post or telephone on the above contact details.
  • We will then send you an acknowledgement within 5 working days to confirm we have received your complaint and one of our senior managers will investigate your complaint and respond to you within 14 working days.
  • If you remain dissatisfied, you can refer the complaint to the Property Ombudsman whose details can be found at www.tpos.co.uk
