TENANCY FEE:

Admin & Referencing fees : £118.80 including VAT per applicant - Covers Identity check, Credit check, Previous/Current landlord check, Employment reference and Preparing tenancy contracts.


Guarantor fee : £118.80 including VAT - Covers Identity check, Credit check, Previous/Current landlord check, Employment reference and preparing guarantors covenant.


Inventory Check in - £140 Including VAT - Prepare professional inventory, taking meter readings, check in to the property.


Additional tenant fee: £118.80 Including VAT - Covers adding a new tenant to the tenancy, Identity check, Credit checks, Previous/current landlord check and employment references.


Renewals Fee - No fee charged from the tenants


End of tenancy check out fee - No fee charged


Future landlord referencing fee - No fee charged


Exit fee: If a break clause is permitted in the tenancy agreement and the tenant exercises the break clause as per the conditions in the agreement we will not charge an exit fee. However, if the tenant leaves prior to the expiry of the break clause there will be an exit fee of 8.4% of the annual rent including VAT payable by the tenants for the remaining months on a pro-rata basis.


Deposit: Usually 6 weeks rent as deposit.
