The move-in process was very smooth - the team were flexible and helped arrange a later start date that suited me. The flat was clean and ready on arrival. We have been landlords of a tenanted flat in Wembley since 2014, and we used another local agent for 8 1/2 of those years, but their standards slipped below what we expected.

Other landlords in the building recommended Empire Chase and we've now been with them for over a year. We are very happy with the more personalised service that we feel we receive with Empire Chase. We receive quick replies to our queries and requests. We're currently going thru another tenant changeover with the agent it's all going smoothly and positively, with pro-active marketing and referencing.

We almost feel that Naz has become our personal agent, as his communication is quick and efficient. He is friendly, pleasant, understands our needs and requests. He has a great deal of local knowledge , which we feel is very important in agency work.
Of course, costs are important too, and we feel we've got a fair deal with Empire Chase.

Honestly, as a tenant in London I have had such horrible experiences with the big name estate agents that I had come to the resigned acceptance that all estate agents were of a similar ilk. I was selling a house in Kenton, and my previous Estate agent was unable to sell it at my target price in 6 months, I was very disappointed. Luckily, Naz contacted me and said he could help me sell the property, I was not sure if he could because I had lost confidence at that moment. Overall strictly fine experience. Not excellent but not bad also.The best part is they refunded the complete deposit without any fuss. They might take some time to look into your issues but point is - if they think it is genuine, they will definitely look into it. If you remain professional in your dealings , they will also be.

Overall Empire Chase is Not a bad Letting Agent and sometimes quite considerate also to your requests.
