Pay the balance of the 5 weeks deposit and one month rent in advance 48 hours before the tenancy begin. We will need to have cleared funds in full before we release keys.

We will perform an inventory and schedule of condition through a third-party company, The reports will be sent to you via email on the day you move in. Unfortunately, we do not offer in person check ins but our management teams are on calls should you require any support.

On the day of move in please check your stop cock, electric consumer units, fire escape routes and any important facts

Although we endeavour to notify suppliers for some properties, we advise all tenants to register with the local authority and utility suppliers immediately.
